With a call for possible snow later in the week, it made me wonder: how often does Albuquerque get a white Christmas? With an average annual snowfall of 11 inches, what are the chances we will get snow at all? Eleven inches doesn't seem like...a lot.
This must be the downside of living in the desert. We get the seasons, yes, and we have awesome warm days and plenty of sun, but what about that picturesque white Christmas? How often does it come?
