Aileen O'Catherine has been an enthusiastic resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico for over 30 years.
She has lived all over Albuquerque, from Nob Hill to the South Valley. Her passions include exploring local restaurants, cultural events, the arts, and area neighborhoods. Aileen is a freelance writer with expertise in local happenings, especially when it comes to children. She has a regular column in New Mexico Kids Magazine and has written for KUNM Radio's The Children's Hour. She has also contributed pieces to Albuquerque the Magazine, is the Family Expert in the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau's ABQ Experts campaign, and contributes articles to Newscastic. Albuquerque has so much to offer, from special events such as the Balloon Fiesta, to a wealth of diverse restaurants, an eclectic arts scene, and a myriad of neighborhoods.
