Aquarium Overnight
Spend the night at the aquarium and sleep with the fishes! Learn about the oceans and see the new coral exhibit. There will be movies, arts and crafts and more. Register at 505-848-7180.

Weems Artfest
The annual ArtFest is a great place to purchase art made by local artists and help local charities. The Artfest is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education of the arts. There is an ArtSmart shopping area just for children, where they can shop for items $10 or less, donated by the artists themselves. Proceeds go to local charities and children learn about art.

Albuquerque Bead Renaissance Show
Enjoy wire art jewelry classes and find every kind of bead imaginable at this event. It takes place at the New Mexico Expo and is a free event, though Expo parking is $5 per vehicle.

Introduction to the Classics: Program 1
The series of concerts provides listeners with a greater understanding of famous composers and historic periods. Hear about the triangle of Robert and Clara Schumann and Brahms. Performed by the New Mexico Philharmonic at the KiMo.

The American-Celtic folk pop group fuses Irish and Scottish traditional music with pop and world beats. See them at the KiMo.

Festival of the Cranes in Bosque del Apache
Learn about sandhill cranes and the other birds and wildlife at the Bosque del Apache. There will be a wildlife art show, expo tent, and lots of activities for kids. Workshops cover photography and raptors. See why people travel the world to attend this event.

Shopping Extravaganza
The St. James Tearoom will feature the work of local artists and holiday music. Ship for holiday gifts while tasting pastries and teas.

New Mexico Pride Pageant
Contestants compete for the titles of Miss and Mr. New Mexico Pride. Titleholders have the chance to be ambassadors for events at other locations. Entertainers will be on hand as well. See it at the African American Performing Arts Center.

Los 15 Grandes de Nuevo Mexico
The Latin music awards will go to the best recording artists in New Mexico. There will be entertainment and a dance party after the awards featuring SPARX, at the Route 66 Legends Theater.
