The festival takes place on Saturday, December 3, 2011 and runs from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.,. There will be arts and crafts, dance performances, and a chance to do some early holiday shopping.
Some of the other festivities include holiday music, food, face painting and of course, a chance to visit Santa Claus.
The Twinkle Light Parade begins on Tingley Drive at 5:15 p.m. and heads east on Central to Third Street, where it travels north to Civic Plaza.
