An A-Mazeing Albuquerque Experience

The Rio Grande Community Farm creates a corn maze each year, always in a different shape. For 2013, the maze is shaped like a fractal. Finding your way through it is a lot of fun, and takes planning, skill and a little bit of luck. In addition to the corn maze, there is a pumpkin patch, haybale city, farm animals and educational activities.

For 2013, the maze is open Saturday afternoons in October. The limited hours are a result of three years of drought, which has had an effect on the corn. However, there will be more activities added this year, such as a Pumpkin-Palooza, a 5K run, and hands-on sustainability demos.

The 5K at the Farm and 1 mile kid run will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2013.
