Open Space Visitor Center in Albuquerque

The Open Space Visitor Center on Albuquerque's west side welcomes visitors year round. The center has permanent exhibit space as well as rooms where art and exhibits are changed in conjunction with what is taking place at the center. In the fall, there is a harvest festival, and a weekend devoted to the migrating sandhill cranes. The festival takes place November 12 and 13 in 2011. Visitors to the Open Space center can expect to see some sandhill cranes as they make their way south for their annual migration.
