There are ski rentals if you don't have your own, and snowboarding runs have great appeal for the tweens and teens.

Take a Sleigh Ride
Sleigh rides are a fun way to get into the outdoors, enjoy the snow and relax. The Valles Calderas Preserve near Jemez Springs offers horse drawn sleigh rides each December through February.
