The Bosque Boogie race takes place on the trail that runs along the bosque to take advantage of Albuquerque's spectacular fall foliage.

Bosque Boogie

The Bosque Boogie is for anyone who likes to run or walk. Costumes aren't mandatory, but everyone is encouraged to join the fun. There will be prizes for the best male, female and kid's costumes. The 2012 Bosque Boogie takes place on Sunday, October 7.

Location

All race events begin at 6001 Winterhaven NW, at Montano and Coors, in the Montano Riverside Plaza Shopping Center.

Events
The events run from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.

  • 5 K run/walk
  • 10K run
  • 5K fitness walk
  • 1k kids fun run

    Participants in the 5k fitness walk and the 1k kids fun run get a blue ribbon.

    Fees

  • 10K run is $20
  • 5K run is $20
  • 5K walk is $15
  • 1K kids fun run is $10
