Some of the best Albuquerque restaurants sign on for the annual New Mexico Restaurant Week, which offers diners a chance to taste and sample some great food. New Mexico Restaurant Week runs Sunday, February 23 through Sunday, March 2, 2014. Participating cities include Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Taos.
The statewide celebration of restaurant takes place in Santa Fe, Taos and Albuquerque for one week. Discover local chefs and see what they've cooked up for their special three-course, prix-fixe dinners, or order off the regular menu. Value priced lunches and dinners, lodging packages, cooking classes and wine and spirits tastings are all part of the celebration.

For 2014, the Hyatt Regency Tamaya will offer special classes on infused oils and vinegars as well as a tequila tasting and chile roasting.

Santa Fe has many restaurants participating in the week's special lunch and dinner offerings. Enjoy lunch or dinner specials at Jambo Cafe or Tabla De Los Santos. Dinner specials are offered at well known restaurants such as the Zia Diner and Geronimo.
Santa Fe offers classes such as The Art of Braising at the Four Seasons Resort or Creative Canning at the Red Sage at Buffalo Thunder Resort. Learn how to make fresh pasta, or take a tour of the Folk Art Museum with wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres.
Lodging specials at hotels include the Eldorado, the Inn and Spa at Loretto and La Posada.
