Irish Restaurants and Pubs

Favorites in the Albuquerque Area

By , About.com Guide

The authentic Irish experience is out there, where you can enjoy a good pint, a bit of fish and chips, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There is usually live music involved, and lots of friends to spend an hour with, just like over the sea in the Land of Green.

Two Fools Tavern

Albuquerque, NM 87106

Two Fools does a good job of approximating the best an Irish pub has to offer. It isn't dark, and there isn't an old Irish man in the corner booth, but they have a long wooden bar and round wooden tables with stools. Enjoy their pub grub, which is quite good, along with a full line of Irish beers, ales and stouts, and plenty of Irish whiskey. Located in Nob Hill, they also offer some of the best live music and craic in town.
