Coolwater features fusion food, and for New Year's the regular menu items such as braised short ribs, turkey osso bucco and blue corn fried chicken will be on hand. Open 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Cooperage features salsa dancing with Son Como Son performing live salsa music. Music begins at 9:30 p.m. $15 at the door, or $10 if you have dinner. The celebration includes party favors and a champagne toast at midnight.

Dine two miles up and ring in the new year with beautiful views of Albuquerque. Take the tram to the top of the crest for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.; reservations encouraged. The regular menu will also have special features for the holiday.
Santa Ana Pueblo
Both the Corn Maiden and Santa Ana Cafe will feature special menus on New Year's Eve. A ticket includes dinner, a champagne toast and party favors. A roaming magician will be on hand for the kids. Hear the band Tapestry in the ballroom, or DJ Cut Master in the Rio Grande Lounge. A Family Room features board game tournaments, activities, live coverage of the Times Square celebration and a buffet supper. Kids can toast the new year with sparkling cider.

Jennifer James 101 offers two kinds of New Year's dinners: Casual or Classy. For casual dining, there is a choice of a private or communal table. The casual dinner features a southern supper with gumbo, okra fritters, salad, dessert and wine. The classy dinner is a four course meal with entree choices of lobster or New Mexico beef.
The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center features native fusion foods. Have dinner from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., followed by the music of Chris Dracup and Hillary Smith. The four course meal features an entree choice of sea bass or smoked duck breast.

The Ranchers Club is known for its wood fired steaks, seafood and chops. The atmosphere is rustic ranch and the food is cooked in wood fired ovens with gridiron grills, reminiscent of the open range cooking of the past.

The Savoy offers a New Year's Eve dinner with holiday specials in the main dining room from 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
There will be three seatings for the New Year's Eve Prix Fixe dinner. The dinner will have each course paired with wine to match (optional).
In the lounge, they'll have a special New Years' Eve menu and live music. Food will be served from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.. DJ Melanie Sanchez will spin tunes from 7 p.m. to midnight. Reservations for the lounge are being taken.
