The Beautiful Bountiful Rose Bouquets show at the Rio Grande Botanic Gardens lets gardeners and would be gardeners learn more about these showy blooms.

We love roses for so many reasons. They come in many kinds of shrubs, some blooming throughout the summer, and others just once a year. Some clamber and others huddle beneath your taller flowers. At the Rose Celebration, members of the Albuquerque Rose Society will answer questions and provide informative talks on how to get the most out of your blooms.

When:
Saturday and Sunday, August 27 and 28, 2011
9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Delight your senses with this “Beautiful Bountiful Rose Bouquets” exhibit. Learn fascinating facts about roses and how to deal with pesky pests in your own rose garden.

See the roses in bloom at the Camino de Colores area of the gardens, or in the ceremonial garden.
